Upon Arrival, Verified Sequence Of Operation Through Thermostat And Tested Mechanical Components Of Furnace And Everything Tested Between Manufacturing Specs. Inducer Motor Bearings Are Slightly Making Noise But Amping Between Range. Found Blower And Filter Extremely Dirty. Found Duct Work Very Dirty And Recommended Duct Cleaning And Then During Ac Cleaning We Do Blower Cleaning Then. Completed Humidifier Maintenance And Dryer Vent Cleaning During Visit.

2nd-floor Furnace- Pre-clean-up Start-up Operations Are Good. The Interior Of The Furnace Has Rust, The Vent Motor Is Working A Bit On Amps, Blower Motor Amp Work Rate Is Good. Cleaned Up Motors Housing, The Interior Of The Furnace, Burner Assembly, Flame Sensor. Post-clean-up Start-up Operations Are Good.
1st-floor Furnace- Pre-clean-up Start-up Operations Are Good. Rusting Inside Furnace& Outside. Motors Are Working In A Good Operation Amp Range. Cleaned Up Motors Housing, The Interior Of The Furnace, Burner Assembly, Flame Sensor. Post-clean-up Start-up Operations Good.
Both Furnaces Manufactured In July 2006, Current Filters Still Good, Recommend Change At The End Of The Month.
I Checked The AC System @ Homeowner's Request, Having A Huge Amp Draw On The Condenser Closest To The Disconnect Wall. Amp Draw Is Way Too High For Operating Conditions. The Customer Would Like To Talk To Miguel About Replacement.
