Upon Arrival Pre Clean Up Start Up Operations Are Good. Interior Of Furnace Was A Bit Dirty. Cleaned Up Interior Of Furnace, Flame Sensor, Burner Assembly & Motors Housing . Changed CFM On Blower Per Customer Request . Post Clean Up Start Up Operations Are Good . Motors Are Working Well Within Amp Rate . Current Filter Is Pretty Clean. Did A Walkthrough On His AC Leak Dye Purchase. Did Not Find Leak Or Any Dye. We Will Do Another Check When Doing His AC Maintenance .

Operation Amps On The Motor Are Within Amp Rate, The Current Filter Still Good. A Humidifier In Good Working Order Changed Out The Water Panel. Downstairs Furnace- Pre Clean Up Star Up Operations Good. Cleaned Up Flame Sensor, Burner Assembly, The Interior Of The Furnace, Motor Housing. Operation Amps On The Motor Are Within Amp Rate, The Current Filter Still Good. The Humidifier In Good Working Order Changed Out Water Panel & Replace Drain Hose. Water Heater Service- Replace Temp Relief Valve With New One, After Install Tested And Made Sure Pilot Was Back On.
