Upon Arriving On Site, I Met Linda Who Showed Me The Thermostat, Furnace And Condenser. I Commenced By Inspecting The Furnace Blower Motor And Filter For Any Signs Of Wear And Damage. Moving Outside, I Located The Condenser Unit And Performed AC Maintenance As Per The Standard Checklist Ensuring All Components Were In Optimal Condition. During The Process, I Noted That The Dual Run Capacitor Was Not Reading To Manufacturer Specs. After Advising And Getting Linda’s Approval, I Carried Out The Necessary Repair And Thoroughly Tested The Unit To Ensure It Was Working Properly.

Upon Arrival, I Was Greeted By Kris, Who Kindly Showed Me The Thermostat, Furnace, And Condenser. I Set The Thermostat To Cooling Mode And Proceeded To Inspect The Furnace And Filter. I Then Located The Condenser In The Closet And Began The AC Maintenance According To The Checklist. During The Inspection, I Found That The Dual Capacitor Was Not Within The Manufacturer’s Specifications. After Discussing The Findings With Kris, She Approved The Removal And Replacement Of The Part. The Unit Is Now Functioning Properly.
