Upon Arrival Pre Clean Up, Furnace Start-up Operations Are Good. The Interior Of The Furnace Is In Decent Shape. Vent Motor Housing Is Rusting Out & Is Overworking In Amps Based On The Data Plate Rate, Operating Amps Rate Is 1.8 & It’s Operating @ 2.6 Amps. Mice Poop Was Found In The Interior Of The Furnace. The Blower Motor Is Operating At A Good Amp Rate. Air Filter Is In Good Condition. Cleaned Up Motor Housings, Flame Sensor, The Interior Of Furnace & Burner Assembly. Furnace Manufactured In January 2006. Offered Humidifier Maintenance & The Homeowner Declined. Mr. Scott Will Like An Estimate To Replace The Vent Motor.
