On Arrival Met Charles And Showed Me The Thermostat , Furnace And Condenser. Inspected The Furnace And Filter. Located Condenser And Performed The AC Maintenance. During Then Maintenance I Found Dual Run Capacitor Not Meeting The Manufacturer Specs. I Advised Charles And He Approved The Replacement. After Replacing The Capacitor I Cycled The Run It And It Is Working Properly.
