I Talk To Steven About The Pricing And Accepted The Work That Needs To Be Done. I Started On The Furnace Maintenance Check While Daniel Is Working On The Outside Unit. Daniel Also Added The Compressor Saver On The Unit. Also Deep Clean The Condenser Coils And Rinse It Out. Took The Before And After Pictures Of The Condenser And Showed It To The Customer

Upon Arrival, I Was Greeted By Eric’s Daughter, Who Mentioned That The Same Furnace Was Not Working Again. I Inspected The Thermostat, Set It To Heat, And Proceeded To Locate The Furnace. Upon Investigation, I Observed That The Inducer Motor Was Running, But It Was Not Activating The Pressure Switch.
I Removed The Hose From The Inducer Port And Checked For Obstructions. The Port Was Clogged, So I Cleaned It Thoroughly Along With The Hose. After Reassembling The Unit, I Restarted It, And It Successfully Turned On. I Allowed The Furnace To Run For 15 Minutes To Ensure Proper Operation.
I Then Spoke With Eric And Informed Him That The Issue Would Likely Recur Unless The Chimney Liner Was Replaced. I Contacted The Office To Schedule An Appointment For Eric To Receive A Quote For A New Chimney Liner, Two Reme Halos Led, And The Reinstallation Of Two Condensers That Are Sinking Into The Ground. The Job Is Now Complete.

On Arrival, I Met With Mary Kay, Who Stated That The First-floor AC Was Not Cooling. I Went To The Thermostat, Set It To Cooling, Inspected The Furnace And Filter, Then Located The Outside Unit. The Outside Unit Was Not Turning On. I Checked The Power, Inspected The Electrical Compartment, And Found The Dual Capacitor Rusted Out And Not Functioning Properly. I Spoke To Mary Kay For Approval To Replace The Dual Capacitor. After Replacing The Dual Capacitor, The Unit Was Working Properly.

Next, I Located The Condenser Outside And Performed Air Conditioning Maintenance According To The Checklist. I Informed Allie That The Capacitor For The Condenser Fan Motor Is Reading Below Manufacturer Specifications But Decided To Monitor It For Now. The Unit Is Currently Operating Properly.
